Investment Management
As an investment manager, we provide support in brokering investments, i.e. real estate (asset deals) as well as shares in our own domestic real estate-owning companies (property companies). The brokerage of company shares by and for third parties is excluded.
Our primary task is to conclude a successful brokerage of an investment. This investment can relate to an individual or a portfolio transaction.
We agree on individual service contents with our clients in the contracts for purchase and sales brokerage.
We support our clients in market observation and analysis of the agreed investment region. The focus is on the examination of possible purchases and sales as well as on the determination of purchase price estimates. For selected prospective buyers, we prepare an investment memorandum, coordinate the due diligence process and assist in the preparation of decision documents. Assistance in the analysis and identification of owners as potential sellers of an investment suitable for brokerage is also part of a possible contractual service content. Asset Management
Asset management acts as a link between the purchase and sale of real estate. We manage, develop and reposition properties and ensure comprehensive property management.
Our objective is to increase the sustainable yield and the value of the individual property or real estate portfolio.
Our management services include strategic consulting and portfolio analysis, property planning, management and control as well as reporting. Special attention is paid to letting management and tenant relations. We are responsible, for example, for coordinating property management in establishing and maintaining relationships with tenants, providing support in risk monitoring (tenant creditworthiness) and receivables management, or ensuring that tenants comply with their contractual obligations.

Project Development
We offer the economic preparation or implementation of construction projects as construction supervisors in the name and for the account of third parties. In this function, we act as the client's representative. We are guided by the goals and tasks of our clients. Our construction supervision contract can be concluded on an official basis (economic construction supervision) or, with the involvement of our cooperation partners, also on a contract for work and services basis (economic and technical construction supervision).
