Mark Tittes has over 15 years of professional experience with renowned companies in the real estate industry. With his outstanding expertise in the areas of real estate investments, asset management, project development, controlling, finance, treasury and in cooperation with professional partners from his network, he offers clients comprehensive, competent real estate and investment advice.
In addition to structuring deal sourcing processes and implementing purchases and sales, he is responsible for the active and performance-oriented management of real estate and investment vehicles for his clients.
He began his professional career as a qualified real estate agent (IHK/EBZ) at a leading listed residential real estate company. Further professional positions followed with an intermediary project developer and an investment and asset manager in Frankfurt. Before becoming a sole proprietor, Mr. Tittes held the position of Senior Financial Manager at a European real estate and trading company. There he was responsible, among other things, for the commercial management of residential and commercial properties with a project volume of over 1 billion euros.
His academic background includes a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration / Real Estate and a degree in Real Estate Management (DIA).
