As an investment and asset manager, we take care of the purchase, real estate asset management, project development and sale of real estate for you. As a full-service provider, we create solutions for real estate from a single source. When advising our clients, we focus on a tailor-made solution approach and offer exclusive individual contracts (individual agreements).
We do not engage in any business subject to approval in accordance with the German Banking Act (KWG) and the German Investment Companies Act (KAGB) or Section 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
Joint-Ventures for our clients
We offer joint venture structures exclusively to semi-professional or professional investors who wish to provide at least 1,000,000 euros of investment capital (equity) for real estate in Germany. Semi-professional investors include in particular family offices, smaller institutional investors, foundations, pension funds, asset managers and church institutions. Professional investors are mainly banks, investment firms, licensed or supervised financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, other institutional investors or large companies that can be considered professional clients.
We set up separate joint ventures with our equity partners through which the target real estate portfolio is acquired. For this cooperation, we provide equity as a co-investor and enable our equity partners to make entrepreneurial decisions with us. The joint venture construct includes hedging strategies for our clients and is concretised via exclusive individual contracts (individual agreements).
